Long-term verification shows that the system is stable and efficient, and has received consistent praise from customers. Recently, we have discovered that products claiming to be from Qitian Gene are being sold on the market. To avoid any issues with product quality and to protect the rights and interests of our customers and partners, we hereby solemnly declare:
1. To date, all of our branded raw material enzyme products are sold directly by our company. We have never authorized any company or individual to sell our raw material enzyme products.
2. All companies or individuals providing our raw material enzymes to users must be certified by our company and obtain written distribution authorization.
3. The current market claims of "agency sales of Qitian Gene raw material enzyme products" and similar commercial promotions are false advertising. Please be vigilant if you have purchased or intend to purchase these products.
4. The raw material enzyme products sold by the aforementioned companies engaging in false advertising are not related to our official actions. Qitian Gene will not provide any formal after-sales service for products purchased from unofficial channels, and we reserve the right to take legal action against them.
