This kit uses recombinase-aided amplification (RAA) technology to amplify the target nucleic acid sequence. The amplification product can be detected and analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis, capillary electrophoresis, etc. RAA is an isothermal nucleic acid amplification technology that uses sample DNA/RNA as a template. Under isothermal conditions (37~42℃), amplification of the target gene fragment can be achieved in 20～40 minutes.
