Research on a Brucella Detection Method and Kit Based on Isothermal Amplification Technology—Wu Bin

This paper introduces the hazards of brucellosis and its detection techniques, and explores isothermal amplification technology for Brucella bacteria. It demonstrates that this technology can be used to detect samples with low Brucella DNA concentrations. The developed kit enables isothermal amplification and detection at temperatures ranging from 30°C to 42°C, with a detection time of just 5 to 20 minutes. The kit is characterized by its rapidity, high sensitivity, accuracy, and excellent reproducibility, making it well-suited for grassroots and on-site testing and holding great potential for practical applications.
