Detection Principle

This kit adopts the Recombinase Aided Amplification (RAA) technology to amplify the target nucleic acid sequences, and the amplified products can be detected and analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis, capillary electrophoresis, etc. RAA is an isothermal nucleic acid amplification technique which can amplify the target gene fragment based on sample DNA / RNA as template under isothermal conditions (37~42℃) in 20~40 minutes.
