Detection Principle

This kit adopts the Recombinase Aided Amplification (RAA) technology to amplify the target nucleic acid sequences,using fluorescent probe to do real-time detection. The amplification of the target gene fragment can be realized based on sample DNA / RNA as template under isothermal conditions (37~42℃) in 5～15 minutes.
