Detection Principle

This kit adopts the Recombinase Aided Amplification (RAA) technology to amplify the target nucleic acid sequences and combines the principle of lateral flow strips for rapid detection. The amplification of the target gene fragment can be realized based on sample DNA / RNA as template under isothermal conditions (37~42℃) in 5～15 minutes.
